autumn's pick...
see what i told you last week autumn is feeling those hip hop/r&b tracks...this was the ish back in '95, how could you top biggies ghostwriting and aaliyah on the same track. oh yeah, i almost didn't recognize lil kim for a second...

andrew's pick...
once again andrew and i are battling for position. andrew picks some of my favorite songs of all-time and this one is no different. i still know the lyrics to this song word for word...also does anyone know what dj polo is doing now?

brian pick...
i wasn't the happiest fan when ice cube left n.w.a but one thing did get better...the skits!!! if you remember after this is album prince paul was doing crazy skits for de la soul and his own compilation album (later giving the credit to dr. dre)...ni**az4life stayed in rotation when i had my disc changer in the regal, now its in rotation on the ipod!!!
sidenote: i just realized like half of n.w.a videos have some type of shot in a jail cell.

    1.) how much better would that Mafia song have been with Biggie actually on it...
    and whatever happened to the rest of the people in Junior Mafia?

    2.) Great call about NWA only doing videos in jail cells. Three that come to mind: "Express Yourself", "100 Miles Runnin", "Always into Somethin"
