Tabi and WALE are good but he's not the only MC in DC.
XP is the Soulful Gangsta Music. His suff is Hard but it has a positive twist. I think people in DC are more into Soul instruments and live sounds. Thats why Go Go is so hot out there but, its a hardcore city.
I think XP represents DC a little better.
