i am not a fan of sagging pants, but to each it's own... however, please tell me why a louisiana mayor- carol broussard- is placing a ban on wearing your pants too low? you will receive a $500 fine! tell me people, is there nothing better to do? i can think of a million things folks need to be fined for- and sagging pants is not one of them...are the police going to ride by on their segways looking for visible boxers? pick up folks for littering or solve a damn crime... you are truly wasting my money! that's all, here's the story.
